Excuse me as I excitedly dance a little bit in the kitchen over here, creating a cookbook has been a dream of mine for a very long time. . . I've had the most amazing time working with Katie, my cookbook collaborator, and we've been working hard behind the scenes these past few couple of months to bring you these recipes. I personally can't find a more beautiful collection of simple but flavorful recipes that highlight the natural beauty of whole, real food, season by season.
